Primary Therapist OpportunityEvolve Treatment Centers is looking for a primary therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility in Elk Grove, CA! This is a full-time, onsite position.We are looking for a professional who is passionate about working with adolescents to join our team and grow with us. This position is challenging yet rewarding as our staff have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of teens and their families.Payrate: 80,000 - 85,000 for unlicensed and $90,000 - $95,000 for licensed. Hours: We ask that candidates be available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm. Your actual workday will be 8 hours within that time frame, and at least two days each week will be scheduled 11am–7pm. Fridays will be 9am - 5pmResponsibilities and Duties:Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMRFacilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT GroupsAttend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical teamComplete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admissionCoordinate after-care with parents and Discharge CoordinatorRequirements:LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or associates ACSW/AMFT/APCCMust be able to pass a background checkExceptional clinical judgmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsBenefits:Health, Dental, Vision, FSAPTO, Paid sick, paid community service, bereavement, holiday payEmployee EAP Program401k w/ matchIn-house CEU and training
