Family Physician (Hybrid | Outpatient Primary Care)

Position Overview Float role covering provider leave (in-person + remote) Mix of onsite clinic coverage + telemedicine same-day visits In-person required when covering clinic providers Remote work when coverage not needed Schedule 8-hour or 10-hour shifts available 8–40 hours/week (flexible commitment) Schedule may be fixed or variable based on coverage needs No formal call requirement (per client notes unclear; may be discussed) Credentialing: 60–90 days Compensation $212,160 – $275,808 annually (FTE range) Up to $10,000 relocation assistance Loan repayment eligible: NHSC / SLRP / PSLF Benefits Medical, dental, vision insurance 20 PTO days + 8 holidays + 5 sick days 403(b) with 4% employer match (100%) CME: 5 days + $2,500 allowance Requirements (STRICT) Active California medical license Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine DEA required Minimum 2 years outpatient primary care experience (REQUIRED) NO new graduates Strong preference: community health / FQHC experience Epic EMR highly preferred Must be U.S. work-authorized (no sponsorship) Spanish bilingual (Added) Responsibilities Comprehensive primary care (all ages) Acute and chronic disease management Preventive care and patient education Treatment planning and coordination Accurate clinical documentation Work across multiple providers/sites as coverage float Client Key Notes Must maintain high efficiency: 3 patients/hour (20-min visits) Strong preference for community health experience 60+ providers across 11 fixed sites + 4 mobile units Not open to new grads Hybrid flexibility is core to role (in-person + remote) #J-18808-Ljbffr Talented Medical Solutions
