If your skills and experience are a good match for this role please apply today.Job Duties:Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals as required.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and welding symbols.Assemble, fit, and fabricate metal components according to specifications.Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials prior to welding.Operate welding equipment, grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools safely.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.Assist with additional production and fabrication duties as assigned.Experience Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferred.Minimum 2 years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience.Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.Experience with measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, and gauges.Ability to pass a welding test, if required.Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent).Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum.Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience.Forklift certification is a plus.Physical Capabilities:Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to work in a manufacturing or fabrication environment with exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment.Ability to wear required PPE, including welding helmet, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots.Benefits:Competitive weekly pay.Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life and disability insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-focused manufacturing environment with opportunities for skill development and career growth.About Us:At Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
