About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales for the North American P&C vertical. This executive will be a key leader in the regional sales team, responsible for driving sales initiatives, new logo acquisitions, and long-term revenue growth. The role demands a transformational leader with a strong strategic vision, operational rigor, and a proven track record in sales leadership. The SVP will be accountable for the sales strategy, pipeline health, revenue performance, and market expansion, and must foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration. Candidates for this role should have at least 15 years' experience in selling multi-million-dollar, complex solutions within a SaaS/Cloud environment, with a focus on large account management and strategic selling. The position requires the ability to scale revenue, hunt, and close new business in North America, as well as experience in leading and motivating business development teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at influencing stakeholders, and contributing to corporate growth initiatives, and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
