Salary: $120,000 - $220,000 per year A bit about us: We are a plaintiff-side employment law firm located in El Segundo, is looking for a full-time associate attorney with 1-7 years of experience to join our team. Our litigation practice consists of approximately 90% wage and hour class actions, and 10% individual employment matters (e.g., FEHA claims). Why join us? Pay: $120,000 - $220,000
Health Insurance: Multiple HMO/PPO options available. Firm contributes 50% of employee-only premium for a base PPO plan, applicable toward any offered plan. Eligibility begins the 1st of the month after 30 days.
Dental: HMO and PPO options available. Employee-only HMO premium fully covered.
Vision: Employee-only vision coverage fully covered, with low-cost family add-ons available.
401(k): Eligible after 3–6 months. Firm contributes 3% of salary.
Life Insurance: $25K life + $25K AD&D provided at no cost. Optional additional coverage available.
Bonus Structure: Discretionary year-end bonus based on performance, plus annual raises.
Origination Bonus: 12.5% of fee awards without outside referral / 7.5% with outside referral. Job Details Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active member of the California Bar (required)
2–7+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Experience handling depositions and court appearances preferred
Familiarity with California Labor Code and FEHA strongly preferred
