Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to cardiovascular patients, including stable heart and lung transplants and Ventricular Assist Devices (LVADs).
• Monitor and manage cardiac drips, adhering to established protocols without titration.
• Float within scope to meet the healthcare facility's staffing needs, including potential float to sister units.
• Utilize EPIC charting system to document patient management accurately.
• Ensure immediate response to rapid response/code team activations.
• Administer care alongside CNAs, care techs, and interdisciplinary teams in a nicotine-free environment.

Qualifications

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required; NIHSS and CPI preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a large, urban hospital setting required.
• Experience with EPIC charting system mandatory.
• Capability to float within different care units to meet facility needs.
• Experience managing cardiac telemetry and drips on the unit.
• Non-local candidates only; must be over 100 miles from the facility.
