Position: Fitness Sales Manager (Sales/B2B Focus)

BODY20 SLC is currently seeking a driven, relationship-focused sales leader for the position of Fitness Sales Manager. This role is built for a hunter who thrives on generating and closing new business — not a studio operator. You will own the presale and ongoing membership sales strategy for a fast-growing boutique fitness studio, driving revenue through B2B outreach, lead nurturing, and high-touch consultative sales to prospective members in the community. This position starts part-time with a clear, fast path to full-time for the right person — the more you sell, the more you earn and the more hours open up.

Responsibilities

•       Drive presale and ongoing membership sales through proactive outreach, referral generation, and community partnerships

•       Build and manage a B2B pipeline — establishing relationships with local businesses, corporate wellness programs, and community organizations to generate steady lead flow

•       Own lead nurturing from first contact through close, using consistent, timely follow-up across phone, text, and email

•       Convert prospective members into studio members through consultative, high-end sales conversations that reflect the BODY20 brand experience

•       Manage and report on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and key performance metrics; adjust strategy based on data

•       Plan and execute grassroots marketing efforts, community events, and studio promotions to fuel lead generation

•       Partner closely with the Studio Manager and Franchisee on sales goals, promotions, and studio growth initiatives

•       Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM/lead management system

•       Represent the BODY20 brand with professionalism and energy in all member and community interactions

Qualifications

•       2+ years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding targets

•       2+ years of sales experience in boutique fitness, high-end studios, or a related membership-based industry strongly preferred

•       Proven experience with lead nurturing and pipeline management — comfortable working leads from cold outreach to close

•       Strong presale or pre-opening sales experience a plus

•       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust quickly

•       Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable being measured on numbers

•       Passion for health, wellness, and helping people reach their goals
