Clinical Nurse Partner

The Clinical Nurse Partner is responsible for assigned patient care tasks under the direct supervision of licensed care providers. Transports medications and requests to and from Pharmacy/Nurse on a non-routine basis when necessary.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

One year of Certified Nursing Assistant experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred. Long term care experience is preferred. Must have knowledge of Title 22 and OBRA regulations. Excellent customer service skills.

Minimum License Requirement:

Certified Nurse Assistant required. BLS required. Assaultive Behavior Training Certification that meets AB508 and SB1299 required within 30 days of hire/transfer. New hires that have completed Assaultive Behavior training outside of Emanate Health will be required to complete Emanate Health Work Place Violence online awareness module within 30 days of hire/transfer.

Must be available to work every other weekend
