Technician- Die Repai r – Now Hiring!

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? We’re looking for a Technician- Die Repair to join a dynamic team on first shift playing a key role in building and maintaining the tools that keep production running smoothly. Pay is $22-24 based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Use tools and dies to build fixtures and create new dies as needed

• Repair and maintain existing dies, molds, and tools; disassemble and reassemble components as required

• Interpret blueprints and schematics to construct tools, fixtures, and machine parts

• Inspect completed components for defects and functionality

• Test, set up, and maintain tools, machines, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency

• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Utilize CAD software to design and develop blueprints (a plus)

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to operate measuring and production equipment safely and accurately

• Solid understanding of metal properties and materials

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team with engineers and machinists

Experience:

• Experience with TIG/MIG welding a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs as needed
