Quantitative Researcher

Salary: $135,200 - 145,600 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, consulting, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with quantitative research methods, including Conjoint Analysis, MaxDiff, and Concept Testing
• Experience supporting product strategy, innovation, customer experience, or consulting engagements
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Client-facing experience, with strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline, such as Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Sociology, Consumer Behavior, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Lead quantitative research studies from design through delivery for product, customer, and experience initiatives
• Design and program surveys to gather actionable data
• Manage third-party research vendors and ensure project specifications and quality standards are met
• Apply advanced methods, including Conjoint Analysis, MaxDiff, and Concept Testing
• Conduct segmentation studies and advanced analyses to identify customer behavior patterns
• Turn complex analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations
• Create executive-ready presentations and data visualizations for senior stakeholders and clients
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, and coordinate day-to-day communications across teams
• Collaborate with internal teams and external client stakeholders to align research deliverables with business and product strategies
