Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in office; 1 day working from home JOB SUMMARY: Perform routine administrative tasks to support collections group and liaise with Branch and HQ Management on overdue accounts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Comply with all safety, health, environmental requirements, policies and procedures relevant to the position Promptly record cash receipts in Syteline Liaise with customers on status of outstanding invoices and reconcile statement of account to Aging Liaise with Branch staff, Sales staff and HQ management on collecting overdue amounts Investigate EDI issues between Company and customer Maintain paperwork related to customer sales tax exemption Perform data entry and other clerical duties Work with Open Invoice software. Special projects or assignments as directed by management

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE:

4-5 years B2B collections experience required Must have experience using various Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) platforms High school diploma Experience with Open Invoice software Oil and Gas industry experience preferred

Advanced Excel skills (vlookup and pivot tables), advanced communication skills, intermediate mathematical skills, and intermediate reasoning skills.
