Marketing Manager, Knee Reconstruction

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division seeks a Marketing Manager for Knee Reconstruction to lead U.S. commercialization strategy for the primary knee implant portfolio. Based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN, this role combines execution and strategic ownership, managing clinical messaging, campaigns, launches, and surgeon education initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop clinical marketing materials and strategic messaging for the ATTUNE Knee System platform
- Own planning and execution of integrated campaigns driving surgeon awareness, adoption, and advocacy
- Lead assigned go-to-market launch workstreams for new implant configurations and platform enhancements
- Plan and execute surgeon education programs including cadaver labs, demonstrations, and fellowship initiatives
- Track campaign performance against KPIs and provide field enablement tools to sales teams
Requirements
- Experience in medical device or healthcare marketing, preferably orthopedics or surgical products
- Demonstrated ability to develop clinical messaging and translate complex data into surgeon-facing materials
- Project management skills with capability to own end-to-end workstreams independently
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with sales, medical affairs, and R&D teams
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements for marketing materials
