Talanto is hiring a Lead Narrative Producer in Boston to guide our development on a major AAA narrative RPG. You will lead and mentor a cross-functional team, shaping story, quests, mocap, VO, and cinematics while ensuring alignment with project vision and milestones. You will work closely with executives and teams across disciplines, driving production efficiency, removing bottlenecks, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
