\nCompensation: $425,000 Base Salary Plus 30% of Collections\n

\nPosition Overview\n
\n
\nA well-established, multispecialty ophthalmology organization with more than 25 years of experience is seeking an accomplished Refractive and Cataract Surgeon to join its growing surgical team.\n
\n
\nThe practice operates multiple locations across Florida, including Sebring, Gainesville, and the Tampa market, using a collaborative care model in which ophthalmologists and optometrists work closely together.\n
\n
\nThis is an urgent, growth-critical hire. Immediate surgical volume is available, and the incoming surgeon will play an important role in meeting existing patient demand and supporting the organization’s future expansion.
