Refractive & Cataract Surgeon – $425,000 Base + 30% of Collections
\n Location: Florida – Sebring, Gainesville, and Tampa Market
Specialty: Ophthalmology – Refractive Surgery / Cataract Surgery
Setting: Private Practice | Outpatient Surgical Care
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: $425,000 Base Salary + 30% of Collections
Position Overview
\nAn established, multispecialty ophthalmology organization with more than 25 years of experience is seeking an experienced Refractive and Cataract Surgeon to join its growing clinical team in Florida.
\nThis opportunity offers an established patient base, immediate surgical volume, advanced ophthalmic technology, and strong earning potential. The incoming surgeon will play a key role in meeting existing patient demand while supporting the practice’s continued growth and expansion.
\nThe organization operates multiple locations across Florida, including Sebring, Gainesville, and the Tampa market. Physicians work within a collaborative care model alongside optometrists and other experienced clinical professionals.
\nThe practice is focused on cataract surgery, refractive cataract procedures, laser vision correction, and advanced intraocular lens technology. This is not a retina-focused position.
