Responsibilities Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals for telemedicine and in‑patient as determined. Lead clinic staff (X‑ray technologists, nurses, front office specialists) in behaviors, actions and attitudes to deliver excellent patient care. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications; ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians. Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and reliable information. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, guidelines, and requirements (including HIPAA). Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings. Prescribe medications responsibly and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and attend E/M training. Perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols and complete mandatory compliance training. Advise clinic and telehealth leadership with ideas to improve overall patient experience and care. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, clinic tours and training; support new employee training via shadowing, demonstration, and coaching. Maintain a respectful culture of confidentiality for employees, employers and patients. Consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Perform other duties as assigned by management. PRN employees required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; full‑time employees required to work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend. Responsible for on‑call duties periodically throughout the year. Additional Responsibilities for Ancillary Providers Level 1 (New Graduate): up to 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner. Level 2: 1–5 years of experience. Level 3: 5–10 years of experience. Level 4: over 10 years of experience. Experience Requirements and Preferences Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN). Experience: At least 1–2 years as a provider in a relevant practice (Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice). License and Certification: Active license and DEA required in good standing; DOT certification required for FT and PT providers within 120 days of employment.
