This Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician opportunity in Owings Mills, Maryland offers an exciting chance to join an established practice with a strong patient demand. The new physician seat comes with a built-in patient waitlist and an additional pod onsite, allowing for immediate impact and the development of a robust long-term patient panel within a patient-focused primary care team.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a clinical setting
• Manage and coordinate patient care, including preventive, acute, and chronic conditions
• Build and maintain a strong patient panel with a focus on continuity of care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient encounters accurately and maintain medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice development DW
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements

 

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current, unrestricted Maryland medical license
• 5–20 years of primary care experience
• U.S.-trained medical graduate

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-demand, patient-centered primary care practice
• Ability to develop and sustain patient relationships in a growing practice environment
