Regional Operations Manager

Position: Traveling Regional Operations Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ OR Las Vegas, NV Length: Full time Rate: $82,000-$108,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education) Insight Global is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee field operations supporting a large federal physical security and electronic security systems program. This leadership role is responsible for managing geographically dispersed teams that install, maintain, and service access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and other mission-critical security systems across multiple project sites throughout the Southern region. Responsibilities Lead regional field operations and supervise teams supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of physical security systems. Ensure physical security projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Manage field personnel, vehicles, trailers, tools, inventory, and security equipment deployed throughout the region. Oversee installation and service activities involving access control systems, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection systems, intercoms, and perimeter protection solutions. Monitor workforce productivity, service delivery, and key performance metrics to maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Conduct workforce and capacity planning, including forecasting staffing, equipment, and material requirements. Collaborate with leadership and neighboring regions to optimize technician deployment and support high-priority security initiatives. Perform site assessments, risk analyses, and operational reviews to identify opportunities for improved security system performance and project execution. Coordinate emergency response and critical maintenance efforts for security system outages and customer incidents. Partner with federal clients, project teams, and program leadership to ensure successful delivery of physical security projects and ongoing operational support. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cybersecurity, and federal security standards. Prioritize workloads and allocate resources to support changing customer requirements and mission-critical security operations. Qualifications Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southern United States (75–80%). Clean background (no misdemeanors or felonies) with the ability to obtain and maintain a Government clearance. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; equivalent experience in physical security systems, electronic security technologies, electronics, or electrical troubleshooting may be substituted. Experience supporting physical security technologies such as access control, video surveillance (CCTV), intrusion detection, perimeter security, or related low-voltage security systems. One year of first-line supervisory or team leadership experience. Experience leading a geographically dispersed workforce across a multi-state region. Knowledge of federal, commercial, or critical infrastructure security operations is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
