Part Time- Keyholder

Role Summary As a Key Holder you are the first point of contact for customers, creating energy around Fluent products, providing knowledge and ensuring patients safely use our medical cannabis offerings. You review doctor’s recommendations, match patient needs with the right products, and help convert visitors into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities Complete opening and closing duties accurately and efficiently, ensuring cash handling standards are met and company funds are secured. Deliver excellent customer experiences and remain engaged in constant personal interaction. Open or close the store, conduct daily inventory, receive deliveries, and lock or unlock the dispensary. Activate or deactivate alarms as required. Conduct batch inventory counts. Distribute and assign cash drawers. Use available resources efficiently to assess customers’ health conditions and needs. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor. Assist with deliveries as applicable. Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken. Follow up on customer issues requiring additional research. Maintain a clean and organized dispensary for patients. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Maintain adequate knowledge of the product guide and understand the benefits of medical cannabis. Communicate with the Director of Retail Operations, general manager, and/or assistant general manager regarding the status of issues. Qualifications / Experience Two years of customer service experience (desired). Two years of sales experience. Working knowledge of MS Office. Skills / Interests Multitask effectively without losing focus. Strong organization and initiative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive problem‑solving and time‑management abilities. Discretion and confidentiality. Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborative teamwork to improve overall standards of work and service. A positive, proactive attitude during all work hours. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Physical Demands The role requires speaking, hearing, speaking, standing at a workstation for extended periods, walking, using hands to handle objects, reaching with hands and arms, and working on iPad, laptop, or desktop for extended periods. Employees may occasionally lift or move moderate amounts of weight (typically less than 25 pounds). Regular and predictable attendance is essential. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work Long hours and frequent weekend work are expected. Required Education and Experience One or more years of sales experience. Preferred Education and Experience Dispensary‑related experience. Additional Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age per state law. Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
