Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new hire orientation and training sessions
- Deliver instructor-led classroom and hands-on production training
- Demonstrate proper use of hand and power tools
- Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and feedback
- Administer skills assessments and track training results
- Reinforce safety, quality, and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate and schedule employee training activities
- Prepare training reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous experience training, coaching, mentoring, or facilitating employees
- Experience delivering classroom and hands-on instruction
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical environment preferred
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of related experience
- Ability to work on the production floor and in a training environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
