Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

For afternoon ABA cases in the Lexington Park area, with opportunities for additional cases within the same location and nearby areas.

Jade ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for 2 priority afternoon cases and 1 morning case in the Lexington Park area. This is a strong opportunity to build a consistent schedule by combining cases within the same area or nearby locations .

Position Highlights

• Immediate case availability (morning + afternoon)

• Ability to combine cases for more stable weekly hours

• Clients located within close proximity to reduce travel time

• Opportunity for additional cases in the same area

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect data and track client progress

• Collaborate with families and caregivers

• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

• Active RBT certification (required)

• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in home-based settings

• Reliable transportation

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred — but not required for certified RBTs.

• $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Afternoon and after-school cases available

• 20–40 hours per week

• Monday–Friday schedule (some weekend opportunities available)
