Accounting Assistant

Rate of pay: $23.14-$28.23 The Glenview at Pelican Bay is a premier continuing care retirement community located in beautiful, sunny Naples, Florida. We are currently considering candidates for a hospitality focused Accounting Assistant. Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding and superior hospitality. We currently have the following shifts available: Full-time, Monday-Friday. The Accounting Assistant at the Glenview is responsible for data entry, clerical support duties, and assisting the Director of Financial Services in the day-to-day coordination and operation of the department. The Accounting Assistant will assist with services including but not limited to: Compiles and inputs data into the computer for resident and Health Center billing. Records and prepares Independent Living, Home Health, and miscellaneous deposits. Reviews accounts payable invoices for accuracy. Inputs accounts payable into the computer, forwards to department head for approval, and generates accounts payable checks. Date entry or personal computer experience necessary. Accounting experience helpful, but not required; will train as needed. PCC experience preferred.
