This role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking to develop strong communication and sales skills while working with a supportive and driven team. Perfect for someone competitive with an entrepreneurial mindset, this position offers an opportunity to earn beyond a typical hourly wage through carpet cleaning and hard floor polishing services. Must have reliable transportation. 18 + years old. Positive attitude and you are coachable.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpet cleaning and hard floor polishing tasks efficiently and effectively
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and support sales efforts
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve common goals
- Assist in sales support to drive business growth
