Golden Care Therapy (GCT) is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home‑based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We seek Hybrid BCBAs to provide per diem ABA services with an 80% remote and 20% in‑person work schedule. Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth. Responsibilities Provide direct/indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases. Design behavior intervention plans and clinically review session notes on a regular basis. Analyze ABA data and implement data‑driven program changes. Maintain clear lines of communication with families, techs, and administration. Conduct assessments as needed.
