Chroma Early Learning Academy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Mcdonough, GA Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is also (or eligible to become) a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Georgia. You’ll serve as the clinical lead across one or more of our therapy sites, overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs and LaBAs, and collaborating with families and educators. Our mission is to unite educators and behavior analysts in one vision , nurturing each child’s potential through meaningful relationships and data-driven progress Duties Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) Develop individualized treatment plans consistent with BACB and Georgia Medicaid standards Supervise and train RBTs and LaBAs, maintaining required documentation of supervision hours Provide direct parent and caregiver training sessions (CPT View phone number on click.appcast.io) Collaborate with childcare directors and teachers to ensure consistency across settings Monitor client progress using data-driven decision making and evidence-based practices Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB ethics code, and Georgia licensing board rules Participate in clinical reviews, team meetings, and professional development sessions Requirements Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Current or eligible for Georgia LBA license Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services (preferred: early intervention / natural environment settings) Strong leadership, communication, and data‑analysis skills Must pass Georgia DECAL fingerprint background check (for working within childcare environments) Health Care, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Chronic Disablity Insurance Vacation Holiday Pay Sick Pay Hybrid Work and Flexible Scheduling Mileage Reimbursement Flexible Scheduling Startup like Career Growth into executive positions.
