Job Duties:
- Provide HSE and Quality support to the facility.
- Develop and maintain safe work procedures.
- Manage all HSE documents, maintain the HSE Training Database, and respond to general HSE inquiries.
- Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments, and other safety assessments to support HSE and Quality.
- Manage all Quality documents.
- Prepare applicable HSE and Quality reports as necessary.
- Provide hands-on support in the facility.
- Communicate with HSE and Quality departments as needed for further support.
- Perform all other work-related tasks as assigned by the Drill Bit Repair Manager.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Support local facility with database compliance and record keeping. Full-time hourly position with 15% travel.
- Assist Drill Bit Repair Manager daily with administrative functions.
- Data entry.
- Experience with MS Word, MS Teams, and other computer software
- Perform administrative duties such as typing memos, taking meeting minutes, faxing, photocopying, and distributing aforementioned to appropriate individuals.
- Maintain safety and quality data, keeping the databases up to date.
- Maintain tracking systems as required.
- Create monthly company safety and quality data reports; and monthly and quarterly safety statistics.
- Maintain hazard ID tracking and monthly reports.
- Maintain tracking system for all safety, equipment, and industry alerts
- Physical activity will be required with the ability to be on feet for up to 8-12 hours at a time and the ability to lift 25 lbs as needed.
- Full-time hourly position with 15% travel.
- Other duties as required
Education and Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Data Entry experience is preferred
- Must have basic computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft programs
- Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory experience is a bonus.
