Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and friendly Office Manager for our local client in Casper WY. This is a temp-to-hire job opportunity Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This role is critical to maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and requires strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel. The ideal candidate will have excellent project coordination skills, in the Oil and Gas industry preferred. Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and QuickBooks

• Keeping track of state and federal regulations

• Perform accurate calculations and maintain records using Excel

• Read and assist with plans and project documentation

• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service

• Serve as a liaison between staff, clients, and vendors

• Organize and digitize files and maintain office systems

Qualifications

• Experience in office management or similar role

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel (required), AP/AR

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to support multiple supervisors

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Professional, friendly demeanor

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
