In honor of the Inn's centennial birthday in fall 2020, acclaimed New York-based interior designer Celerie Kemble oversaw a dramatic redesign encompassing guest rooms and suites, Mayflower's signature restaurant, and the Inn's historic main house, featuring a charming parlor.We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team. The Concierge will be responsible for assisting guests with various inquiries, making reservations, and providing recommendations to enhance their stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's amenities and servicesAssist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attractionsProvide recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment optionsHandle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionallyMaintain a neat and organized concierge desk and lobby areaCollaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfactionPrevious experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation optionsStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitaskProficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management softwareFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMFI Operations LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/D/V.
