The Masstron Producing Organization (MTMS) designs, develops, and produces products within the METTLER TOLEDO Vehicle and Heavy Capacity product families and serves in direct support of the Vehicle Scale Strategic Business Unit which develops and implements the strategic direction of the global vehicle scale product line. The Warehouse Operations team receives and inspects product, maintains stock control, picks product and parts for specific orders, delivers materials to various plant work centers, consolidates and packs deliveries, and completes shipment transactions. The Warehouse Associate I has great attention to detail, is self‑motivated, and responsible for various material handling and Pick / Pack activities on a daily basis. What you will do Retrieve materials from designated storage locations with high accuracy based on production paperwork. Place parts into boxes as directed by production orders and work instructions ensuring no damage will occur. Place parts in crates using a crane as necessary; kits may not have packing work instructions as some are engineered to order. Deliver kits to designated storage locations as needed. Retrieve materials for orders according to quantity, size, etc., ensuring accuracy. Locate and pick material using technology. Operate forklifts including counterbalance forklift, standup forklift, and Bendi forklift. Participate in proactive facility safety initiatives. Complete LEAN trainings.
