Job Summary: Senior Helpers Denver is seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our exceptional team as a part-time Caregiver. As a Personal Caregiver, you will provide vital non-medical support in clients' homes, assist with daily routines, ensure safety, and promote independence with respect and dignity. FAMLI Program Benefits available based on eligibility Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide medication reminders in accordance with state regulations Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients Communicate with clients' families to provide updates on their loved one's well-being Report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel Adhere to all company policies and procedures Required Qualifications: Ability to pass background check MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. MUST show proof of insurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow a care plan Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed with or without reasonable accommodation Must be available 6 to 20 hours per week between 9 am & 5pm (Monday-Friday) Monthly training to ensure high standards and best practices for our clients Previous experience in a caregiving/related role will be preferred Work Location: On the road; travel to client homes within the Denver area required.
