Global Delivery Lead, AI-First Training

Databricks is seeking a Global Delivery leader to steer our worldwide training delivery, staffing strategy, and instructor readiness across FTE and ATP workforce. The role focuses on an AI-first delivery model and customer-specific, high-quality execution. The leader will partner with Training Ops, Curriculum and Certification, and field GTM to balance demand with supply, develop skilling pathways, and ensure scalable, data-driven delivery worldwide. #J-18808-Ljbffr Databricks Inc.
