Job OpportunitySunshine Enterprise USA is retained by our valued client to search and recruit for the following executive opening:Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Lake Mary, Florida. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop or advance clinical expertise in pelvic health within a supportive, structured, and growth-focused environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient-centered care and interested in expanding into pelvic floor therapy. Prior pelvic health experience is not required, as full training and mentorship will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and pelvic floor dysfunctionDevelop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plansTreat conditions including: Pelvic pain, Urinary and fecal incontinence, Pregnancy and postpartum-related conditions, Post-surgical rehabilitationPerform internal and external pelvic floor assessments (training provided if needed)Educate patients on therapeutic exercise, lifestyle modifications, and behavioral strategiesMaintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with clinic standardsCollaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of careRequirements:Active Florida Physical Therapist license (DPT or equivalent)Strong clinical reasoning and communication skillsExperience in orthopedics or outpatient rehabilitation preferredInterest in pelvic health (experience is a plus but not required)Commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentBenefits:Structured pelvic health training program (no prior experience required)Paid continuing education and mentorship supportCompetitive hourly compensation ($45–$65/hour based on experience)Clear clinical growth and specialization pathwaySupportive, collaborative outpatient environmentCompensation: $45/hour – Entry-level (no pelvic experience required) Up to $65/hour – Experienced pelvic health therapists (2–3+ years)SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.
