Travel RN – Med Surg/Telemetry

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg/Telemetry team. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions while monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient status.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry and cardiac rhythms.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
