Bilingual Loan & Customer Care Specialist

A financial services provider in Texas is seeking a Customer Service Representative. As a representative, you will provide training and manage incoming calls from customers regarding consumer installment loans. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly. The role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
