Immediately hiring Team Leads for a large metal manufacturing shop on the southside of San Antonio.

Pay is up to $23/hr. based on experience

Shifts: 12 hr. AM & 12 hr. PM

Duties:

• Responsible for running and setting up general purpose machines
• Troubleshooting the problems arising in routine work of secondary processes.
• Department planning and coordination of schedules across key areas
• Implementation of SPC in critical areas to improve and sustain process capabilities.
• Responsible for ensuring strict adherence of all company manufacturing standards, methods and policies on the shop floor.

Requirements:

• Must have held a previous position as a Group Leader or Team Lead
• Experience supervising personnel in manufacturing environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge in SPC, TPM, and poke yoke, kaizen, lean manufacturing, jigs and fixtures and gauges design, GD&T etc. preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
