Brand Designer

Shaping and evolving Tiny Health's visual identity, the full-time Brand Designer will drive brand awareness and user engagement by designing collateral for digital campaigns, social media, and packaging while ensuring brand consistency in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Lead creative direction and produce assets for various marketing channels, including digital campaigns and print materials Build and evolve the visual language of the brand, making strategic recommendations for brand expression Own and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints and collaborate cross-functionally with teams Required qualifications: 5-7+ years of professional brand design experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent work experience Strong portfolio demonstrating brand system development and visual storytelling Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva Proven ability to develop and scale brand systems effectively
