- Client Facing Delivery & Sales
- Ensures materials reflect the language, tone and feel of Redwood as appropriate, the client.
- Works collaboratively with other team members to develop project deliverables that could include project names and corresponding logos, future state of work narratives, newsletters and other creative assetsMay lead portions of deliverables in smaller scale projects. Presents creative recommendations and leads discussions with clientsPeople Development
- Coaches team members of all seniority levels on how to better communicate their ideas by asking the right questions and offering narrative optionsDelivers in-the-moment performance feedback for project team membersProfessional DevelopmentActively solicits, receives, and implements constructive feedback from clients, supervisors, and peersGrows knowledge and understanding of the business, solutions, methodology, audiences through project work and training/certificationsIndustryWorks with clients across multiple industries, honing messaging and design that speaks to the industry and the client Project Tasks by TCM+ PhaseMobilize Develop creative deliverables, often requiring several conceptsPresent creative recommendations to the clientLead creative deliverable discussions with the clientImplement feedback and finalize deliverableExtend deliverables beyond initial use in the project as needed for executive presentations and/or board meetings, and refine project work products such as newsletters, communications and training materialsDesign through Localize & ValidateExtend deliverables beyond initial use in the project as needed for executive presentations and/or board meetings, and refine project work products such as newsletters, communications and training materials
