Director of Strategic Accounts

Overseeing all aspects of account management, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Accounts will develop strategies for client retention and revenue growth while leading a high-performing team and managing complex client relationships. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive account management strategy to maximize client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point for major accounts Drive the expansion of revenue within existing accounts through strategic planning and collaboration with sales and product teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus 10+ years of account management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts Demonstrated ability to lead and scale account management teams Deep understanding of account management strategies and client lifecycle management
