Store Manager – Buche Foods Location: Buche Foods Job Type: Full-Time Department: Grocery Operations Join Our Team! Are you a strong leader who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and driving results? Buche Foods is looking for a Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our grocery locations. As Store Manager, you'll lead and develop your team, oversee store performance, manage inventory and expenses, and make sure customers receive exceptional service every day. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, isn't afraid to jump in where needed, and can build a strong team and a successful store. What You'll Do Lead & Develop Your Team Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members. Build a positive, productive, and customer-focused store culture. Create schedules based on store needs and labor goals. Provide regular feedback and hold team members accountable. Identify opportunities to develop and promote team members. Manage Store Operations Oversee all day-to-day store operations. Maintain store profitability and monitor expenses. Ensure accurate pricing, merchandising, and product placement. Oversee inventory and help reduce shrink and product loss. Partner with merchandising, operations, and pricing teams to drive sales and meet gross profit goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store. Customer Service & Community Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service. Build positive relationships with customers and the local community. Address customer concerns and find solutions when issues arise. Ensure your team consistently delivers a great shopping experience. Safety & Store Standards Maintain a safe environment for customers and team members. Follow and enforce company policies and procedures. Support loss prevention efforts and monitor potential theft. Ensure store standards for cleanliness, organization, and appearance are consistently met. What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications Previous grocery, convenience store, or retail management experience preferred. Experience leading and developing a team. Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory, labor, and customer service. Reliable transportation to and from work. Skills & Abilities Strong leadership and communication skills. Customer-focused and results-driven. Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative. Adaptable and able to lead through change.
