Dental Office Manager position available in Conway!

If you have experience as an Office Manager in a group dental practice or if you have been an Office Manager in a busy, multi-dentist practice, this may be the position for you!

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate strong leadership and team building skills
• Effectively implement directives, policies, and procedures

Qualifications include:

• Two plus years of management experience in a fast-paced dental practice (multi-dentist preferred)
• Working knowledge of dental insurance plans (HMO, PPO, fee-for-service)
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
