NOW HIRING - 2026/2027 School YearLocation(s): Gillette Elementary and Millington Elementary SchoolsPay: $19.00/hourHours: 7:00-8:30am & 2:30-6:30pmWe're hiring for our Before & After School Programs!Looking to gain leadership experience while you're in school?AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.We're looking for an early learning professional who:Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentTakes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever neededIn this role, you will:Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)Make child safety the top priority at all timesKeep the space clean and organizedHelp create an environment where kids feel supported and includedBuild strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staffThis role is ideal for students studying:EducationChild DevelopmentPsychologySocial WorkRecreation or Youth DevelopmentRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent requiredCPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)Why Join Us?At AlphaBEST, we believe in boosting your potential.
