Job Description

We are currently hiring experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced medical distribution facility in DeSoto . This is a temp-to-hire contract opportunity with strong potential for long-term employment, career advancement, and overtime hours.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay Rate- $19.00 – $20.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent Stand-Up Reach forklift experience
Valid Driver's License required
Ability to work in a fast-paced medical distribution setting
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Duties

Operate stand-up reach forklift to move, stack, and organize inventory
Load and unload pallets safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory handling and warehouse organization
Follow all safety and company procedures
Support daily distribution center operations as needed
