Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Experienced Agent Launch program with success Engage in team activities according to team standards Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties Negotiate offers for your clients Qualifications Hold a valid real estate license 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferred) You have a natural drive and a competitive edge in sales.
