An established upscale dining and event/catering group is seeking a visionary culinary leader to oversee operations for an elevated concept. Corporate Chef Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of executive-level culinary leadership in upscale dining concepts
Strong background in scratch kitchens with elevated plating standards
Culinary degree required
Demonstrated success leading high-performance culinary teams
Deep understanding of food cost control, inventory systems, and P&L management
Valid food handler certification
Willingness to travel between locations as needed

Corporate Chef Preferred Background & Skills

Experience with dry-aging programs and upscale protein fabrication
Comfort working within a disciplined brigade structure

Corporate Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and standardize all culinary operations across the brand
Develop, refine, and execute seasonal menus with focus on seasonality and consistency
Oversee vendor relationships and sourcing of premium proteins and seafood
Drive food cost discipline while protecting the guest experience
Mentor and develop chefs, building a culture of accountability and excellence
Implement and enforce training programs around technique, presentation, and hospitality
Partner with ownership and operations on strategic growth initiatives
