Entry-Level Event Assistant Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Job Type: Full-Time About Valora Rise Valora Rise is a Cincinnati-based event sales and marketing company helping brands connect with customers through live events, brand activations, trade shows, and promotional campaigns. The Opportunity We’re looking for an Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team. This is a sales-focused, customer-facing role, with face-to-face sales being a major part of the position. You’ll represent brands at events and promotional campaigns, engaging directly with customers, generating leads, promoting products and services, and helping drive sales. Key Responsibilities Conduct face-to-face sales and customer engagement at events and promotional campaigns Represent clients and brands professionally Approach and engage new customers and prospects Promote products, services, and offers Generate and qualify leads Work toward individual and team sales targets Build positive customer relationships Assist with lead capture, CRM, and follow-up activities Support the wider sales and marketing team What We’re Looking For Confident and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude Motivated by achieving goals and results Willingness to learn and develop sales skills Strong teamwork and organizational skills Previous sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or marketing experience is helpful but not essential Why Join Valora Rise?
