Must have 3–5 years of proven, hands-on experience in a dental practice with a strong track record of performance and professionalism.

Your Role & Impact

As our Dental Practice Leader , you’ll be at the heart of everything we do...leading operations, elevating team performance, and helping patients have the best experience possible. You’ll work side-by-side with our doctors and clinical team to keep the office running efficiently and profitably.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily office operations and patient flow
Lead, train, and motivate your team to exceed goals
Monitor key metrics: production, collections, case acceptance, patient retention
Manage billing, insurance claims, A/R, and scheduling
Create a positive, organized, patient-first environment
Collaborate with leadership to implement systems that drive results

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of dental office management experience
Proven ability to manage production, collections & team KPIs
Sales or business background? That’s a huge plus!
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with dental software, Microsoft Office & digital tools
Deep knowledge of dental billing, insurance, and financial coordination
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure

Hours:
* Mon–Thurs: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
* Fri: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
