Desktop Support

Desktop and end user support for back to office project. Candidate will work in the Trenton, NJ office. Will provide assistance to IT staff setting up desktop equipment, moving desktop equipment, connecting docks etc to network. Also, will provide first level end user support as needed, primarily on issues pertaining to returning to office. Some travel may be required throughout NJ. This position will be primarily based in Trenton. This will require the physical ability to lift and move approx 50 lbs. You must have the ability to travel if needed to other offices, and be flexible with schedules if needed. We will train on specifics, but should have basic laptop/docking station, monitors set up skills. You should also have basic understanding of Windows 10 and Microsoft Outlook/Office.
