Responsibilities Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants. Requests may include Commercial HVAC. Diagnoses building management/energy management systems for faults and errors. Collaborates with fellow technicians to maintain and repair HVAC systems. Proficiently interprets blueprints and schematic drawings to ensure accurate troubleshooting and repairs. Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately. Takes readings from nominal equipment and makes timely entry into appropriate logs. Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment, and keeps tools and Work areas in a clean and orderly manner. Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests. Works on and completes all facility team‑based goals. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance with a strong focus on HVAC systems Valid EPA Universal HVAC certification required Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at TDIndustries, Inc. by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
