Feasibility Lead

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Feasibility Lead to drive country selection strategy and site identification for global clinical trials. This role involves feasibility assessments, site performance tracking, and cross-functional partnership to support sponsor-dedicated study programs across multiple therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

Lead country selection strategy with data-driven recommendations on country mix and site allocation
Oversee feasibility assessments including protocol questionnaires, competitive analyses, and regulatory timeline mapping
Build and maintain curated site and investigator landscape across multiple geographic regions
Track site performance metrics and translate findings into transparent selection criteria and recommendations
Serve as feasibility point of contact for assigned programs and manage vendor and CRO partnerships

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, public health, or related field
5+ years clinical operations experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO with feasibility oversight
Demonstrated ownership of country and site selection recommendations for global studies
Strong quantitative skills with Excel, enrollment modeling, and trial-landscape data platforms
Working knowledge of ICH GCP, global regulatory requirements, and country approval timelines
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences
Immunology therapeutic experience highly preferred; dermatology or GI experience a plus
