Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care & Women's Health (Contract)

Location: Pennsylvania (PA) Schedule: Part‑Time, Onsite Contract: Three days per week with strong potential for extension

Overview

This contract Nurse Practitioner (NP) role offers the opportunity to deliver high‑quality primary care and women's health services to members, dependents, and spouses ages 3 and up at a client worksite. The NP will perform preventive care, administer vaccinations, conduct lab work, and collaborate with community healthcare providers to support continuity of care. The position includes an initial full‑week training period, followed by a consistent three‑day weekly schedule. Strong potential exists for contract extension based on performance and alignment.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience in Primary Care
• 1+ years of experience in Women's Health
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Adult Care
  • Pediatric Care
  • Geriatric Care
• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Pennsylvania (PA)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide annual physicals and routine wellness visits
• Perform Pap smears and preventive women's health screenings
• Administer vaccinations and conduct lab work with timely review
• Collaborate with community healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Offer general wellness guidance and education to support healthy lifestyle choices

Schedule & Shift Details

• Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Training Week: Monday–Friday (first week only)
